POST SESSION | PAINTING

This image was influenced from windsurfing and kiting and surf lifestyle. WET WOMEN™ represents the women out on the water, in nature, enjoying one's life, and inspiring one another through water activities. POST SESSION context here, represents the feel one has after a session on the water:  Refreshed, Satiated, Content. Bathing suit and wetsuit are drying.  Boards and sails and other gear are thrown back into the truck. Woman relaxes contently on her car, observing the elements after her water session. 

These original oil stick paintings were all created 'freehand'; the oil sticks were applied directly with hands/fingers.  No brushes nor tools/instruments are used to apply the medium. They are meant to be vibrant, whimsical, expressive images- not precise nor realistic and nothing that graphic design nor computer would create. This is original 'raw art' that borderlines on folk art.
