Created on Maui Hawaii. Surfer Girl (the original's piece name) was part of a number of images inspired by the surf and wave riding lifestyle and for Wet Women ® and Wet Women ® Surf Wax marketing, beginning in 2004. Like others of the OG Wet Women art creations Fisher made from the Maui era, Surfer Girl evolved into unique reproduction versions, also used for marketing Wet Women® and Wet Women® Surf Wax. Yes, Surfer Girl evolved into Pink Surfer Girl and most importantly into SURFER ROSA!
